Questions
- What counts as a project?
- One client, site or brand. Each project has its own data sources (Search Console properties, Analytics properties, Ads accounts, OpenAI Ads accounts and the website), its own alerts, summaries and reports. Connecting the same Google login to several projects doesn't cost extra.
- Why price by project, not by user or data source?
- Because a project is what you think in (a client), and it's also what drives our costs: syncing, checks and AI all happen per project. Pro includes 3 team members, Agency includes 10 team members.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- The app tells you before you get there, and shows what's left. At the limit, that one action waits (for example, the next "Sync now" or AI rewrite) and everything else keeps working. Your data still syncs every night on every plan.
- Why is "Sync now" limited?
- Everything already syncs every night and uptime is checked every hour. The daily limit on extra syncs protects Google's limits, which every customer shares, so one account can't use up everyone's.
- Do you change anything in my Google Ads or other accounts?
- Never. MetricDeck only reads. It finds wasted spend and builds a negative-keyword list for you to copy, but it doesn't write to your accounts.
- Which currency do you charge in?
- Prices are in US dollars, before tax. At checkout, Dodo Payments (who sell our plans) adds the tax due in your country, such as GST, VAT or sales tax, and you can pay in your own currency. Businesses can enter their GST or VAT number there.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations at the end of the period you've paid for. Your first payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
