Review “dentist open now”, “how to stop toothache at home” and “dental implants course for dentists”: verify tracking and customer intent before confirming any negative keywords. Zero recorded bookings alone does not make a term irrelevant.

What you get
A headline
The one thing that matters most this week, in a sentence, with the client's state beside it.
What needs fixing
Up to three problems, each with the numbers behind it a click away.
What went well
Up to three things worth telling the client, from the same checked numbers.
Do next, linked
Up to three steps, each with a button to the screen where it's done: search terms, keywords, a landing page.
On the Attention page
Each client's first step shows beside its alerts, so the whole week's work is on one page.
In the client report
It opens the report as its summary, and you can edit the words before you send it.
Why you can trust what it says
Code works out every number. The AI is handed them and only writes the words.
Every item cites its numbers. One that quotes a figure it wasn't given is dropped, and the summary says so.
It reads the client's open alerts first and never contradicts them.
Only the figures and names a summary needs go to Anthropic, which doesn't train its models on them.
FAQ
Questions
- Does the AI work out the numbers?
- No. MetricDeck's code works out every total, change and comparison from the sources first. The AI is handed those numbers, each with an id, and writes the sentences around them. Every item has to cite the numbers it rests on; one that quotes a figure it wasn't given is dropped, and the summary says how many were.
- When is it written?
- By itself after a sync, once the last summary is 3 hours old, and after a new source's first sync. Free gets one a week. "Rewrite with new data" asks for a fresh one any time: 2 a month on Free, 30 on Starter, 150 on Pro and 500 on Agency.
- Can it disagree with the alerts?
- It's given the client's open alerts first and told never to contradict them, so the summary and the Alerts card always tell the same story.
- Which AI writes it?
- Anthropic's Claude. Only the figures and names a summary needs are sent, and Anthropic doesn't train its models on them.
- Can I change it before a client sees it?
- Yes. In the report builder you can edit the summary's words before you send the report; your version is kept for that client until a newer summary is written.
