Cost per conversion up 59%: ₹1,782 in the last 7 days against a usual ₹1,123
Google Ads
AI explanation · example
Cost per booking rose from ₹1,123 to ₹1,782. The Search – Emergency dentist budget went up 6 days ago, and a new keyword went in the same day.
Likely causes
- “dentist open now” was added as a keyword in Search – Emergency dentist 6 days ago. In the last 30 days that search cost ₹7,040 for 205 clicks and no bookings, where about 4.2 were expected. (shown by the numbers)
- The campaign's daily budget went from ₹1,500 to ₹2,500 the same day, so the new keyword had more to spend. (shown by the numbers)
- People searching “open now” may want help tonight, not an appointment, so they rarely book. (a guess to check)
What to check today
- Add “dentist open now” as a negative keyword, or bid it down, and watch bookings for a week.
- Put the Search – Emergency dentist budget back to where it was until its cost per booking settles.
- Check the landing page those clicks reach says when the clinic is open.

What the rules watch
At normal sensitivity. Every number is a client's own: its last week against its usual week, never a benchmark from someone else's account.
Google Ads and ChatGPT ads
- Spend jumps or stops
- A day's spend over the last week is 40% off the two weeks before, or nothing is spent at all.
- Cost per conversion rises
- 25% above the two weeks before, judged a day back since conversions arrive late.
- Conversions stop
- Two days with none where they're usual, while the clicks carry on: tracking, most likely.
- Search terms waste money
- Terms whose clicks should have converted at their campaign's own rate, and didn't.
- Nothing back in 90 days
- Spend with no conversion on record for three months: tracking missing or broken.
- A ChatGPT budget runs out
- 10% or less of a lifetime budget left, or three days at the current pace.
- ChatGPT ads rejected
- Live ads turned down in OpenAI's review; critical when a campaign has none left.
Search Console and Analytics
- Organic clicks drop
- The last 7 days 25% below the usual week of the 4 before; critical at half.
- Sessions drop
- 30% below the usual week, with the devices and landing pages that fell.
- Rankings slip
- Top-20 queries that fell more than 5 positions in a week.
- Key events stop
- Two days with none where they're usual, while visits carry on.
- Tracking breaks
- Ads clicks or Search Console clicks hold while Analytics stops seeing the visits, or visits hold while key events fall.
The website
- Site down
- Two failed checks in a row, 5 seconds apart. Always critical.
- Certificate expiring
- At 21 days left; critical at 7, or when browsers stop trusting it.
- Domain expiring
- At 30 days left; critical at 7.
- Speed falls
- 15 points or more out of the good range over two runs, or poor now.
- AI assistants shut out
- robots.txt blocks the crawlers that fetch pages for answers, fails, or the page says noindex.

What you get
Alerts from every source
Ads, ChatGPT ads, Search Console, Analytics and the website, checked after every sync and listed worst first.
Why, and what to check
On request, the likely causes, each marked as shown by the numbers or a guess, and the checks to make today.
The account's changes beside it
An ad alert's explanation reads the budget, bid and keyword changes made before it, and who made them.
Sensitivity per client
Low for a client whose numbers swing, high for one where every booking counts. Every bar moves at once.
Critical ones by email
Once per problem, to everyone in the workspace who wants them, with a weekly summary on Mondays.
Wins too
Traffic up as far as a drop would need to fall, or cost per conversion down a quarter: news worth telling a client.
Why you can trust an alert
The rules are plain code, the same every night. No AI decides what's an alert.
Each client is judged against its own recent weeks, so a small account and a big one are treated alike.
Where there's too little to judge, like under 20 visits a week, the rules stay quiet: one extra click is not a trend.
An explanation that quotes a number the alert doesn't carry is thrown away before you see it.
FAQ
Questions
- Won't it flood me with alerts?
- Each rule compares a client with its own recent normal, and stays quiet when there's too little to judge, like under 20 visits a week, where one more would swing a percentage. One problem is one alert: it updates while it keeps happening and closes by itself when it stops. Each project's alert sensitivity, low, normal or high, moves every bar at once.
- What does the AI do, and what doesn't it?
- The rules are plain code: no AI decides what's an alert. When you ask "Why, and what to check" on one, the AI reads that alert's numbers, the client's other open alerts and, for an ad account, its recent change history, then writes the likely causes, marking each as shown by the numbers or a guess, and what to check. An explanation that quotes a number it wasn't given is thrown away.
- How many explanations do I get?
- 5 a month on Free, 50 on Starter, 200 on Pro and 600 on Agency, over a rolling 30 days. The alerts themselves are unlimited on every plan.
- How do I hear about an alert?
- Every open alert is on the Attention page, worst first, and on the client's Overview. Critical ones are emailed to everyone in the workspace who wants them, once per problem, and a weekly summary goes out on Mondays. Alerts raised by the nightly sync arrive together in the morning.
- Can I silence an alert?
- Dismiss it and it stays quiet while that problem lasts. If the problem stops and later comes back, it's a new alert.
