Product tour

## See it work in under a minute

One Monday morning across three sample clients: the alerts, the numbers behind them, the AI summary and the report. [Chapters and questions](https://metricdeck.app/tour)

How it works

## Monday, 9:00\. Every client, one page.

The check that used to mean four tools per client, done before you open them.

9:00

### Every client checked overnight

Each night MetricDeck reads every client's Search Console, Analytics, Ads and website, and compares each number with that client's own normal. You start with who needs you.

9:02

### The problem, with the numbers behind it

Open a client and its problems are listed worst first. Each alert shows the figures that raised it, so you can check them before you act.

9:05

### What changed before it went wrong

Ask why, and the alert comes with the account's own change history. Here the budget went up and a broad keyword went in on the same day. The AI explains the likely cause from those facts, and says what to check.

9:12

### A report your client can read

Pick the sections, edit the summary and send a PDF or a link with a password. Every report is kept exactly as it was sent.

What it watches

## Everything a client's marketing needs watched

Each part reads the source directly, does the maths in code, and links to where you fix it.

[Wasted ad spend, found term by term Search terms that spend without converting, and the ones that don't match what the client sells, ready to block in one list. ](https://metricdeck.app/features/google-ads)

[ChatGPT ads, reported Spend, clicks and conversions beside Google Ads, and a warning before a budget runs out. ](https://metricdeck.app/features/chatgpt-ads)

[Readable by AI search Whether ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can read and quote each page, checked every night. ](https://metricdeck.app/features/ai-search-readiness)

[Site health, every hour Uptime checked twice before it's called down, plus SSL, domain expiry and page speed. ](https://metricdeck.app/features/site-health)

[Traffic drops, explained Search Console and Analytics read together, so a tracking fault isn't mistaken for a real drop. ](https://metricdeck.app/features/search-console)

[Pages that lose visitors, found for you Microsoft Clarity read every night: where visitors hit errors, rage-click or turn straight back, worst first, with the ad spend that went in. ](https://metricdeck.app/features/clarity)

Evidence, not guesses

## Every number has a source.

> Lumen Skincare's organic clicks are down 36% this week: 1,785 against a usual 2,779. Its ChatGPT campaign has $248.00 left, about 6.9 days at this pace.

A sample summary for the demo agency. Hover or tab to a figure to see where it came from.

* ### Code does the maths
Every total, change and comparison is worked out by MetricDeck's code from the source's own numbers.
* ### AI explains, with evidence
The AI writes the sentences around those numbers. A claim it can't trace to the data is dropped before you see it.
* ### Read-only, always
MetricDeck never changes a campaign, a budget or a setting in any account it reads.

Time back

## What it gives back

Move the sliders to your own week. The maths is under the result.

Who it's for

## Built for whoever looks after more than one site

Agencies, freelancers, in-house teams and the people who build and run the sites.

* [ Agencies Every client's Google Ads, Search Console and Analytics on one page, ranked by what needs attention. See how ](https://metricdeck.app/for/agencies)
* [ Freelancers The same overview without an agency's budget, and reports with your own logo. See how ](https://metricdeck.app/for/freelancers)
* [ Marketing teams One place for the team, and alerts before anyone else notices a drop. See how ](https://metricdeck.app/for/marketing-teams)
* [ IT services and web shops Uptime, SSL, domain expiry and speed for every client site, with a report to send each month. See how ](https://metricdeck.app/for/it-services)

Your Google data

## How MetricDeck uses your Google data

When you connect a Google account, you choose which of these MetricDeck may read. It reads them only to show your own numbers, alerts, summaries and reports back to you and the people in your workspace.

Google reviewed this page, our privacy policy and the app itself, and verified MetricDeck's access on 7 October 2026.

* We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
* We never use it to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
* People at MetricDeck don't look at it unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
* Disconnect from the Connections page at any time: we stop reading and delete what we synced. Revoking access in your Google account stops us reading too.

The full details, including how we meet Google's Limited Use requirements, are in our [privacy policy](https://metricdeck.app/privacy#google).

### Google Search Console

Read-only

**What we read:** Clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and the queries and pages behind them, for the properties you choose.

**Why:** To chart search performance, catch ranking drops, and show which pages lost clicks.

### Google Analytics

Read-only

**What we read:** Sessions, users, engagement, key events and revenue, by channel, source and medium, campaign, landing page, device and country, for the properties you choose.

**Why:** To show where visitors come from, spot traffic drops, and check that tracking still works.

### Google Ads

Reads only

**What we read:** Campaigns, cost, clicks, conversions and conversion actions, keywords and quality scores, search terms, and the account's change history, for the accounts you choose.

**Why:** To find spend that brings no conversions and explain what changed. Google offers no read-only permission for Ads, so we ask for the standard one and only ever read: MetricDeck never creates, edits, pauses or spends anything.

FAQ

## Questions

Something else? Email [hello@metricdeck.app](mailto:hello@metricdeck.app); a person reads every message.

Does MetricDeck change anything in my accounts?

No. It only reads. It never creates, edits, pauses or spends anything in Google Ads, OpenAI Ads or anywhere else. Where it finds waste, it gives you a list to paste in yourself.

Which tools does it read?

Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, OpenAI Ads and Microsoft Clarity, plus any website: uptime, SSL, domain expiry, speed and whether AI assistants can read it. Meta Ads is coming.

Does the AI make up numbers?

No. Code calculates every number. The AI only explains numbers MetricDeck has already worked out, and anything it writes that can't be traced to the data is dropped before you see it.

How soon will I see something useful?

On the first day. The first sync brings in recent history, so the alerts, the AI summary and the wasted-spend lists are there once it finishes.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Google data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Numbers go to the AI provider only to write the summaries you see, under terms that don't let it train on them.

What does it cost?

Free for one project. Paid plans are $19, $49 and $129 a month for 3, 10 and 30 projects, plus tax, and every account starts with a 7-day Pro trial with no card.

## Start with one client, free.

Connect Google and the first sync shows what changed, what it cost and what to do next. No card, and it never changes your accounts.
