Northwind Dental: the last 30 days

Prepared by Brightside Digital

BD

Summary

Cost per booking rose 59% in a week, while ₹10,290 went to 3 search terms that never brought a booking.

1. Review “dentist open now”, “how to stop toothache at home” and “dental implants course for dentists”: verify tracking and customer intent before confirming any negative keywords. Zero recorded bookings alone does not make a term irrelevant.
2. Check Search – Emergency dentist: its daily budget went from ₹1,500 to ₹2,500 6 days ago, the week bookings slowed.

Organic clicks

2,717 +5% on the 30 days before

Website sessions

9,391 +5% on the 30 days before

Ad spend

₹1,23,265 +4% on the 30 days before

Bookings from ads

100 −7% on the 30 days before

Needs attention

* Cost per conversion up 59%: ₹1,782 in the last 7 days against a usual ₹1,123
* ₹10,290 spent on 3 search terms with no conversions in the last 30 days, led by “dentist open now” (₹7,040)

Northwind Dental is one of the demo agency's made-up clients, and Brightside Digital the sample agency. The tiles and alerts are its numbers through MetricDeck's code; the summary is an example built from them, as the AI would write it.

**The report writes its own first page.** It opens with what needs attention and the AI summary, both from the same checked numbers as the sections after them. You read it, change a word if you like, and send it.

## The monthly report, before and after

Making one client's monthly report.

Time you get back

10 h 20 min

A month, if you look after 10 clients.

For one client

By hand 1 h 10 min

With MetricDeck 8 min

Our estimate for a monthly report built by hand from a template; yours will differ. The builder remembers each client's choices, so next month starts where this one ended.

By hand

1 h 10 min

1. 01 Export the month's numbers from each source into a sheet 20 min
2. 02 Build the charts and tables 20 min
3. 03 Write what happened and what's next 15 min
4. 04 Lay it out with your logo and save a PDF 15 min

With MetricDeck

8 min

1. 01 Pick the period and the sections 2 min
2. 02 Read the summary, and edit the words if you like 5 min
3. 03 Download the PDF or copy the link 1 min

## What you get

* ### The sections you pick
Search, traffic, Google Ads, ChatGPT ads and site health, each split into small parts, with the campaigns and pages you choose.
* ### A summary you can edit
The AI summary opens the report. Change its words before you send it; your version is kept for the client.
* ### What needs attention
A report that runs to the latest data opens with the client's open alerts, so nothing important hides on page six.
* ### A PDF or a link
The PDF on every plan; a link from Starter, and a password on it from Pro. Take a link down and it stops at once.
* ### Your brand on it
Your logo on the cover from Starter. On Agency, no MetricDeck name or mark anywhere.
* ### Kept exactly as sent
Each report is saved as it was the day you made it, so what the client saw is what you'll see when they ask.

## Why you can trust the report

* Every number comes from the source's own API, worked out by code. The AI writes the summary's words only.
* Every section covers the same dates, ending at the last day every source has complete.
* A sent report never changes: the link and the PDF read the same saved copy.
* A shared link can carry a password, and after 10 wrong tries it locks for 15 minutes.

FAQ

## Questions

What can go in a report?

Alerts, Summary, Organic search, Website traffic, Google Ads, OpenAI Ads (ChatGPT ads), Ads across platforms, Site health, each split into small sections you tick: key numbers, charts, top pages and queries, campaigns, search terms, uptime, speed and more. Pick which Search Console properties, which campaigns get their own page, and which of the site's pages are covered.

Which period does it cover?

Any you choose, against the period before. Every section uses the same dates, ending at the last day every included source has complete, so the numbers never disagree with each other.

How do I send it?

Every plan can download the PDF. From Starter you can share it as a link, and from Pro put a password on that link. Take the link down and it stops working at once.

Does a report change after I've sent it?

No. Making a report saves it as it is that day, numbers and summary included, so the link and the PDF show the same thing next month as they did when you sent them. Every report you've made is kept under Reports.

Can it carry my agency's brand?

From Starter your logo goes on the cover. On Agency, MetricDeck's name and mark come off the report and its shared page entirely.

How many reports can I make?

2 a month on Free, and as many as you like on every paid plan.
